Vietnam War veteran Ed Butler, Ben Lomond Fire's Battalion chief, took advantage of the holiday by attending Veterans Day ceremonies in Santa Cruz today.Then he took his grandchildren to a soccer game in Scotts Valley. Duquan Ruff, on the right, played in the game at the Scotts Valley soccer complex, and his sister Jaden, center, tagged along.
