So Saturday night we took the kids to the drive-in to see "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" and the moon was out. Jaden says, "Look, the moon is full of milk!" I laughed and confirmed her observation, "The moon is full of milk?" And she clarified: "Yes! And juice too!" We all laughed. Then Duquan in all his First-grader-mind-of-knowledge said, "Jaden, you are so silly. That's the reflection of the sun on the moon's surface." If Jaden knew what rolling your eyes meant, she would have because she replied, "No. It is night. The sun went down. That's the moon."
